New service for Community Buildings

We are introducing a new way of responding to Community Building enquiries.
From now on, all enquiries should be sent to our info@cumbriaaction.org.uk email address, rather than direct to Hellen Aitken. We will then triage the enquiries and aim to respond within 4 working days.
Hellen, who as you know is our lead Village Hall advisor, is involved in a national pilot project on supporting community buildings with development projects. The triage service will use Hellen’s expert skills when needed and we will refer some community buildings through to the national pilot development service as appropriate.
Hellen’s knowledge is a great resource and we need to use her to best effect, we know you all appreciate her excellent and detailed support. She will still be involved in the Community building events and will have a full case load in the development service.
We hope the triage approach will mean that all community buildings receive the best service we can deliver and we ask for your support in sending enquiries to info@cumbriaaction.org.uk so we can see if this new approach can work better for you.
