Ends: Sat 12th October 2024, 12.00 pm

Looking for help to find the right energy contract for your hall? Or interested in village halls, community resilience and rural energy independence?

Join us at our next free Community Buildings Event where we'll have a demonstration of the new energy switching site from Utility Aid - the UK's leading energy broker for the charity and not-for-profit sector. We'll hear from ACT's Jozi Brown about her work with Electricity North West and Eamonn Hennessy from Charge My Street will present on how electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure can strengthen energy resilience in rural areas.

Community Buildings events are free of charge and open to all Cumbria's Community Building / Village Hall committee members. Registration is essential and must be completed by midday on the Friday before to guarantee your place.

For security reasons the Zoom weblink will be emailed to you on the day. You won't be able to share the link with others, so if you’re aware of someone else that wishes to attend, please request that they register themselves. You can also submit questions when you register.

Any questions or for further information please contact Dani Hall on 01768 425666 or email info@cumbriaaction.org.uk
