Community Buildings Event
Online via Zoom
Starts: Sat 29th January 2022, 10.00 am
Join us for our next online Community Buildings event on Saturday 29th January at the end of National Village Halls Week. We’ll be following this year’s Village Halls Week theme of ‘Doing Something Different & Innovating for the Future’ for your hall.
There are many ideas for what you can ‘Do Different’ this year:
- Reduce your hall’s environmental impact
- Celebrate and support the Arts
- Become more financially resilient
- Improve access for everyone
- Refurbish your building
- Fix the acoustics
- Become more dementia friendly
- Review your policies and procedures
- Introduce new activities
- Try new fundraising events
- Celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee!
So join us to find out more and how we can support you over the coming year.
This is a free event, but registration is essential and must be completed by midday on Friday 28th January in order to guarantee your place.
For security reasons the Zoom weblink will be emailed to you at 9:30am on the day. You won't be able to share the link with others, so if you aware of someone else that wishes to attend please request that they register themselves.
You can submit any questions you may have via the registration page and we will do our best to answer them on the day.
On the day we operate a waiting room system to join the meeting, so you are welcome to join us from 9:45am to allow for the extra few minutes this takes up. We will start the meeting as close to 10am as we can.
Booking registration is available here (click the green 'Register' box).
